It’s time for women to take the lead. In this short film, we pay tribute to all sportswomen in different areas, from a female boxer to a female hockey player.
Sportsnet requested us to create a series of short films that would show the audience a different approach to the classic sport channel. The goal was to use a visual style that would bring in new viewers and shows us both the athlete and the sports fan experience. The IDs show the culture, passion and real love for sports.

This animation portrays what the star player, Matt Dumba would do if he won the Stanley Cup. He imagines a whole sequence where different crazy and funny things happen. We used 3D and 2D animation techniques to provide more dynamism, and make more natural transitions.

We use the simple resource of the line to unite many different sports, which seemingly have no relation with one another. We employ a variety of animation methods an aesthetics.

Domestika called us for us to teach how we made the mixture of traditional animation with 3D animation. The idea was to show how we conceal the union of these techniques, both with the aesthetics and the animation timing.

Father and daughter realize they have the same musical tastes thanks to the fact that our cyclops friend tunes in to Sonic radio.
In this campaign, we redesign the radio Sonic’s mascot, an adorable cyclops. The mascot appears in animated ads mixed with real video images and uses the radio’s music to change the situation the characts are going through.
This short animation shows how Blirp develops this animation technique, from the first conceptualizations to the smallest technical details.

Gummy Gas Crisis tells the story of a space gasman, Ed, who must overcome various obstacles in order to save his hometown. In this retro video game adventure, the mayor of the city asks Ed to fix a gas leak caused by a virus called Lord Gasideous, who wants to bully everyone by spreading his smelly gas all over the city. Will our hero Ed be able to save them all in time?
